SLOW COOKER HONEY MUSTARD BRISKET
- Serves 5-6
- 2 pound brisket
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
- Rub brisket with salt & pepper. Sear for 4-5 minutes on each side in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Make dijon mustard dressing by combining dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt & pepper. Cook brisket in slow cooker for 8 hours on low with beef broth, worcestershire, and dijon mustard dressing.
