Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Pepper
- Olive Oil
- 1 Sweet Onion, - cut into 1" rings
- 2 Lemons, - cut into 1/2" slices
- 3 Lb Halft Turkey Breast - skin on, bone in
- Fresh Rosemary
- Fresh Thyme
- Fresh Sage
Instructions
- Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Drizzle olive oil inside a 6 quart slow cooker. Place the onions and lemons in a flat, even layer. Place the turkey breast on top, skin side up. Rub turkey breast with spices. Arrange fresh herbs around the turkey.
- Cook on low for approximately 4½ hours. Begin checking internal temp every half hour at about the 3 hour mark. Once turkey reaches 165ºF internal temp, remove from crockpot. Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
