Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped pineapple (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup chopped mango (frozen or fresh)
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 cup coconut water (plain)
Note: To end with a totally creamy and silky texture, you may need a strong, powerful blender like the Vitamix.
How to prepare it
- Add all of the ingredients to the blender in the listed order.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Adjust the amount of coconut water accordingly to your taste. If it's too thick, you can also add water.
