EASY 3 Ingredient BBQ Baked Salmon

hi guys it's Kristen
now if you're trying to eat a little more healthier this salmon recipe is for you if you have never made salmon or if you've only made it a few times didn't really love it I have a few tricks and tips for you so first of all clean up make sure you always put aluminum foil on your cookie sheet before you cook your salmon because let's be honest hard fried cook fish it's really hard to get off a pans number two always buy fresh never use the frozen

I mean I'm sure it's great but the fresh stuff will go a long way my favorite place to buy it is Kroger I've also bought it at Costco although you get really big ones at Costco just chop that in half and freeze one side I know I said no freezer but frozen fresh is always better than the stuff that you buy prepackaged

and my last tip is cook it on a cookie sheet all you have to do is bake it at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes um depending on the thickness it might have to be 25 but usually all salmon I only cook for about 20 minutes it's so fast and so easy and actually really good for you so today I'm sharing with you one of my most favorites and one of my husband's and kids favorite salmon recipes oh wait before we go make it

let's go make it alright first you're gonna take your salmon I got my salmon from Kroger I love Costco salmon also and I'm just gonna sprinkle a little bit of salt on it now the trick is I put it on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil because your cleanup will be easy oh I took that under a little bit okay we're gonna put a little more salt yep right there in the corner so you want it all salt it then you're gonna let it rest for about Oh 10 minutes or so 5 to 10 minutes is fine next you're gonna take your favorite barbecue sauce mine is sweet baby Ray's because yeah it's just my favorite

I love it and you're just going to spread it all over your salmon then you're just gonna take a knife or a spoon and spread out your barbecue sauce so it's spread all over your salmon pretty evenly then you just put it in your oven bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes when it's done it should be no longer like a raw pink inside but a light pink I serve mine over this quinoa and brown rice it takes 90 seconds to cook one of my favorites and that's all there is to it I just put it right over the rice and then you're good to go this recipe is done in 30 minutes or less if you like salmon recipes be sure to check out our other salmon recipe easy baked salmon so easy and you get two vegetables on the side alright guys thanks for stopping
